Territorial energy concept
The Territorial Energy Concept (TER) is a planning tool that aims to match the urban development with the potential energy supply of the territory, in order to take full advantage of locally available resources, optimise the development of infrastructure and reduce the consumption of fossil fuels.
This concept must allow a municipality to have a global vision of energy on its territory, on which it can set its energy policy and define ambitious goals corresponding to the reality of its territory.
Our office has carried out an energy concept for the Municipality of Collonge-Bellerive according to the directives in place, validated by the OCEN (Cantonal Energy Office of the State of Geneva).
Moreover, in preparation for the development of a site plan for the Hameau de Saint-Maurice, we developed in 2015 an additional study specific to this area.
