CANTONAL REGULATIONS
For a building which needs refurbishing or demolishing, the legislation in force requires establishing a diagnosis of hazardous materials. This expertise makes it possible to determine the risks associated with the presence of these materials for the users as well as for the operators during the works. It must be carried out in accordance with cantonal regulations in force.

DIAGNOSIS PURPOSE
A diagnosis of hazardous materials makes it possible to:

  • guarantee the safety of the workers involved in the demolishing works;
  • highlight the presence of problematic materials that need to be managed and eliminated.

The materials sought during these diagnoses are asbestos, lead, PCBs and PAHs.

SERVICES
Our office manages multiple diagnoses and monitoring of treatment works for these types of materials.
Our office establishes such diagnoses for different types of buildings: villas, residential buildings, administrative buildings, schools, kindergartens, international organisations, heat networks equipment, etc.
