Overview
This project concerns the landscaping development of a 72,000 m2 plot in the city centre. It includes, among other things, the underground networks coordination, the tree planting, the soils construction and stabilisation and the coating material selection adapted to the severe site constraints (bus stops with u-turn).

CEVA / GREEN LINE
The Eaux-Vives site is characterised by a very dense real estate development around the CEVA station (CEVA : Rail Link between Cornavin main train station and Eaux-Vives neighbourhood in Geneva all the way to the city of Annemasse in France, which is a 16.1 km long path). It is also one of the important points of the "Voie verte" axis (Green Line), a route reserved for soft mobility and which will extend to the Annemasse station on the French side of the border.

environmental sERVICES
Our environmental department has established the hazardous material diagnosis of buildings to be destroyed on Chamonix Avenue and monitored asbestos remediation works as well as demolition works. In addition, in the context of the installation of the sewage collection networks and the creation of the external facilities, it carried out the pollution diagnosis on the excavation materials as well as the waste management plan.
